1.    Air4Cond is a web site powered by 4Clima Srl.
4Clima S.r.l. will deliver, on behalf of the customer, the products ordered on-line, made f/co your deposit, to address (URL), in collaboration with one of the following transport companies:

The carrier, will contact the customer on the telephone number provided at the time of order, to agree day and time
of delivery.

2. Delivery Time, will depend on the payment method choosed by the customer.
After the order’s acceptance, the goods will be delivered to the carrier within an average indicative time of 15/20 working days after the date chosen by the customer payment posting.
For reasons of force majeure, delivery times may lengthen and in this case, will be given timely communication to the customer.

3. Items will be delivered using a courier service or pallet service depending on the total weight of the order.
4. All deliveries will be arranged during working hours from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed outside business hours, during week-ends and public holidays will be despatched the next business day.

5. All deliveries are made on the ground floor.

6. Nearly all our orders arrive on time and in the same excellent condition they left our warehouse. However items can get knocked about in transit and whilst often it is only the packaging that is damaged, the products themselves are occasionally damaged.
6.1. shall not assume any responsibility, although the defects are clearly evident, if the goods have been handled or treated in whatsoever manner, or if said defects are due, as a whole or partly, to an incorrect storage or transport, to an incorrect, negligent or imprudent use of the products, to external causes such as damages caused by water or fire.

In no case 4Clima S.r.l. will be held responsible for the delay in delivery of the carrier/shipper in the case of expressed deliveries or with indicated the confirmed delivery date as well as for all damage resulting from these delayed or missed deliveries.

On receipt of goods, the buyer must check:
1) that the number of the parcels delivered matches the invoice;
2) that the packaging is healthy, not damaged even minimally or wet or still impaired in sealing materials
3) the outer shell product is not visibly damaged;
4) that the contained products are not presenting visible dent.
7.1. All deliveries MUST be opened (de-boxed) in front of the driver prior to signing for the goods, and inspected for damage.
If any damage or mismatch in the number of the packages is found it MUST be immediately contested at the carriermaking a note:"missing parcel and/or damage to n ° XXX packages" on the delivery form (DDT transport document).
Other words, especially General, are not valid for the request of refund by insurance.
All damage claims MUST be reported within seven days after reception of the goods, by sending an email to the following address:

7.2. If this procedure is not followed, the buyer will NOT be insured for any loss or damage.
If the Buyer does not communicate thoroughly 4clima srl anything against the goods within seven days after receiving it, the latter shall understand that the Buyer received the goods at his entire satisfaction, accepting the customer shall no be able to complain, especially about the quantity or quality of the products delivered.
8. In any case, the goods should be checked within seven days after reception in order to note the presence of any damage and/or hidden anomalies that is, not visible directly with the controls defined in paragraph 7.
They must be reported promptly to the following address:
Each report over these terms and/or by different from the above indicated, will not be taken into account.
For each statement, customer takes full responsibility as declared.

9. Once signed the transport documents, customer will not preclude any dispute as delivered and therefore will not be more required insurance refund or replacement of the product for corruption by transport.

Transport and delivery expenses are always borne by the customer even if, for simplicity and convenience, are already included the price.
10. The goods travel covered by insurance for the amount set out in the invoice.

Shipments will also be entrusted to other transport at the sole choice of 4Clima Srl., respecting the same listed above service standards.
